WELCOME TO OUR EVENTS PAGE! OUR REGULAR WEEKLY EVENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS...

SUNDAYS 6PM: EVENING MASS at 6pm with social time together afterwards in the Chaplaincy Room.
MONDAYS 5:30pm: ROSARY GROUP - come and make a hot drink and pray together.
WEDNESDAYS 6pm: FIDEM (Latin for Faith) - Exploring the faith through talks and discussions on different themes. And we share a meal together.
MONTHLY: 'LIGHT IN DARKNESS' - a safe space for those who have experienced Loss or Bereavement to talk. Watch out for the dates.

AMERICAN DESSERT NIGHT: WEDNESDAY 15TH JULY 7PM
We are celebrating the 250th anniversary (semiquincentennial) of American independence with typically American desserts. It should be a very tasty evening!

FILM NIGHT - TUESDAY 28TH LY 7PM
We're watching ENOLA HOLMES 3. We'll have snacks AND Bilbo the cat will be there too hoping for a cuddle! And you can bring a friend too.

LIGHT IN DARKNESS 🕯️ For Those Living with or Experiencing Loss or Bereavement

Loss comes in many forms… bereavement, divorced parents, the end of a relationship, illness. If you are living with loss, whether recent or from the past, ‘Light in Darkness’ offers you a safe, informal and supportive space to talk, listen and be heard. Drop into the Chaplaincy any time between 6 - 7pm. Next session coming in the Autumn term.

THE SOURCE

TUESDAY 10TH NOVEMBER 7PM
Based at St. Mary's Cathedral, we join other young people throughout the diocese for Prayer, Praise and Worship, and Talks. Afterwards, we can go to the pub!

WEEK OF GUIDED PRAYER

15TH - 20TH NOVEMBER
This is an in-house Retreat in Daily Life led by Stephen Hoyland from the Jesuits Institute. There is a chance to see a qualified Prayer Guide each day, and come to evening workshops on various topics. More details to follow.

CHAPLAINCY RUNNING GROUP

The Chaplaincy Running Group meets on Saturday mornings to take part in the local Park Run. For more information and to join the running group WhatsApp, please contact the chaplain.
